Buddha Bowl with Quinoa
Buddha Bowls - the new big star in the foodie-heaven. This combination of a complex carbohydrate base and fresh vegetables is not only delicious but beautiful as well. We’ve created a bowl with quinoa, vegetables and hummus which is incredibly tasty.
Ingredients for the Buddha Bowl
100g fresh spinach
Salt and pepper
Preparation of the Buddha Bowl
First, you cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. Then, chop the carrots and roast them in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. If you want, you can also add some onions. Boil the broccoli in some salted water and season it with salt and pepper after draining it. Rinse the spinach and the chickpeas with cold water.
Take a nice bowl and put the quinoa inside. Then place all the veggies on top and add one spoon of hummus. Sprinkle some lime juice and the cashews over the finished Buddha bowl. Enjoy!
