Asian rice-bowl with fermented veggies

Therefore, we have thought about a tasty and healthy spring dish and present you today a great recipe for an Asican rice bowl with fermented vegetables from the Munich startup Complete Organics*.

Fermented vegetables - delicious new food trend!
Lately you hear more and more about Miso, Kimchi or fermented vegetables in general. Whether homemade or bought: Did you know that fermented vegetables are even more digestible than fresh ones? The Munich startup Complete Organics uses natural sea salt and water to ferment the vegetables. In the fermentation process almost all nutrients can be preserved and microbacteria are formed, which play an important role for our intestinal health. Complete Organics uses only seasonal, natural ingredients from regional organic farming to produce high-quality fermented vegetables that are not only vegan but also free of additives and preservatives. Fermented vegetables are therefore currently one of the biggest food trends.
In our recipe, the fermented vegetables are supplemented with rice, avocado, fresh turmeric, coriander and limes to ensure a balanced, refreshing meal. The bowl is not only quickly prepared but you can also verify it super easily with your favourite toppings or ingredients, such as tofu, peanuts or other vegetables.
Ingredients for 2 Bowls:
- 100g Basmati Rice
- 1 Avocado
- Fermented Vegetables from Complete Organics (Tumeric cabbages and cabbage with branbettires)
- Some coriander
- 1 Lime
- 1 turmeric root
Preparation of our rice bowl with fermented veggies:
Boil the rice. Meanwhile grate the turmeric root and peel and cut the avocado. Let the rice cool slightly and top with the fermented vegetables, avocado, coriander and turmeric. Then squeeze out the lime and pour over the bowl together with salt, pepper and some soy sauce.
